Returns & Refund Policy

At PitN Ltd, we want to ensure you get the right part for your vehicle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorization being issued.

2. Condition of Parts

To be eligible for a full refund, parts must be:

  • Uninstalled and Unused: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been bolted on, plugged in, greased, or installed.

  • Original Packaging: Parts must be returned in their original manufacturer’s box, bag or container. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as the shipping container; place it inside a separate shipping box to avoid damage to the original labels.

  • Complete: All hardware, gaskets, and instruction manuals must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature:

  • Electrical Components: To prevent the return of "tested" items used for diagnostic troubleshooting, we do not accept returns on sensors, ECUs, wiring harnesses, or bulbs once the sealed packaging is opened.

  • Custom/Special Orders: Parts ordered specifically for your vehicle that are not part of our standard inventory.

  • Clearance/Final Sale: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong part or no longer need it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and processing.

  • Our Error: If we shipped the wrong part or the part arrived damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a full refund or exchange at no cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Request an RMA: Contact us at pitnclub@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Photos: For damaged items, please include photos of the part and the shipping box.

  3. Pack & Ship: Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, securely pack the item and include the RMA slip inside.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit to your account.
